Actress, Jennifer Aniston just splurged on an older contemporary 8,500 square-foot house, which was designed in 1965 by A. Quincy Jones. The house is primarily white, with simple geometrical shapes and splashes of vibrant colors here and there. No California house is complete without a vineyard.
The house was initially on the market for $29 million in 2008.
There is an abundance on floor to ceiling fireplaces, bringing a focal point to the rooms.
According to Yahoo! Real Estate, the house comes with “more than three acres of land, views of the city and ocean, a pool, a guesthouse, a wine cellar, and—last but certainly not least—a vineyard. Let’s not forget to look inside: those distinctly mid century-feeling interiors boasts gleaming wood floors, full-wall expanses of glass, and some pretty stunning fireplace detail.”
Glass walls were used to showcase that incredible view, I mean wow, just wow!
