Bruce Willis’ $22 million mansion is up for grabs. The “Die Hard” actor has listed his Beverly Hills estate for sale, and if he gets his asking price he will be making some nice money off of it. TMZ shared the details on May 29.
The Willis $22 million mansion has more than 10,000 square feet and was built in 1928. The home has 11 bedrooms as well as 11 bathrooms, and Bruce Willis purchased it in June 2004. He paid $9 million for it when he bought it.
Of course Willis has several other homes, including a modest one off Mulholland Drive along with two places in New York City. There is no word on whether Willis is selling this property in hopes of finding something else large in Beverly Hills, or if he’s looking to simply unload it.
Zillow shares photos of Bruce Willis’ $22 million mansion, and it certainly is a gorgeous property. They note that the area is hot these days, and the actor and his wife have done a lot of work on the home, so the price increase may be justified. The home also has a pool and a tennis court.
Will Willis’ $22 million mansion fetch his hefty asking price? Celebrity watchers will have to stay tuned to find out, as it seems likely another hot Hollywood type would be the probable buyer given the price tag.
