It appears to be a building made of nothing, but there is a structure within the blur. The Blur building consists of a bar. The building was designed to look like a cloud floating about the water. The Blur Building sits on-top of Lake Neuchatel in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. The building uses filtered lake water to mist as fog surrounding the building. Guests are required to wear rain coats that protect them from lake mists. The coats are unique themselves. The coats change color depending on how well their profile matched the profile of nearby guests. This also makes it possible to track their location the case of an emergency. Visitors are allowed to move freely throughout the cloud or they can step into a glass box within the cloud. On the top of the cloud there is the Angel Bar, they ironically serve glacier water.
