Architecture Fails: The Ultimate Face Palm Failures

Everybody makes mistakes, everybody has those days according to Miley Cyrus. So I can understand messing up some measurements, but I do not understand how construction for such radical architecture can continue after realizing the mistakes made? Although some of the architecture fails created  a large head ache for some, they created a good chuckle from everyone else. Check out these architecture fails!

These fails are so funny, please feel free to send them to your friends and make them chuckle too. Sometimes its great when architecture is not perfect because it makes it unique. On the flip side of that, it can be hard to practically use some of the rooms or items in the rooms after an architecture fail, like the one below with the two urinals too close to each other.
