Estate agents Knight Frank said the mansion went on the market for 8 million pounds (around 15 million USD) million two years ago. Yester House also has musical influences. Built between 1699 and 1728, it was owned from the 1970s by Italian-American composer Gian Carlo Menotti, who died in 2007. The manor has 34,585 square feet of interior space.
The ornate estate also comes with vintage flourishes like a flower arranging room, a 1,300-square-foot ballroom, a gun hall and a dairy room, reports the outlet.
