Lady Gaga purchase of her new house is belated because of her continuous on the road lifestyle. She splurged on this megamansion just a couple years ago.
Modern celebrity Lady Gaga has allegedly bought Yester House, a 17th century mansion near Gifford in East Lothian in Scotland - much to the bewilderment of local inhabitants! The 60 room mansion and 200 acre estate is one of Scotland's most luxurious properties, containing of six main bedrooms, a 1,300sq ft ballroom and three kitchens. Estate agents Knight Frank said the mansion went on the market for 8 million pounds (around 15 million USD) million two years ago. Yester House also has musical influences. Built between 1699 and 1728, it was owned from the 1970s by Italian-American composer Gian Carlo Menotti, who died in 2007. The manor has 34,585 square feet of interior space.

The ornate estate also comes with vintage flourishes like a flower arranging room, a 1,300-square-foot ballroom, a gun hall and a dairy room, reports the outlet.
