Gardens by the bay is a centrally located park in Singapore, Singapore that takes up 101 hectares. The park is part of the governments plan to change the city into a city within a garden instead of a city with gardens.

The park has been extremely successful, enough to limit the events to three per week.

The entire budget for this urban planning legend  was $1.035 billion. The annual operating cost was expected to be approximately $58 million, of which $28 million was for operation of the Conservatory buildings.
