Warren Buffett is a business magnate and the wealthiest person on the Earth depending on the year, he was in 2008. American Time Magazine reported him as the most influential person. His is known for his personal frugality despite his immense wealth. He has pledge to donate 99% of his wealth to philanthropic causes. His earning to earn money started when he was a child by going around selling chewing gum and candy in his neighborhood. Warren Buffett still chooses to reside in the house that he purchased in 1958 for $31,500. The house is located on Omaha Nebraska in a quaint neighborhood. The house has been estimated to be currently worth around $700,000 and has had a few small additions since then. Even though it is not extravagant it is still historical and architecturally pleasing, it was built in 1921. He also owns a $4 million beach house but that isn’t even one hundredth of a percent of his worth.
