A Modern Building For New York's Great Skyline
The Bank of America Building at One Bryant Park is known to be one of the most ecologically friendly and efficient buildings in the world. It rank the third tallest building in New York City, while it is the 5th tallest in the United States, and 26th tallest in the world. The building is one of the first to be have a platinum LEED certification.
Some reasons why it has been able to maintain this LEED certification is because of innovative ideas that have been implemented into the building's design and function. One example of an environmentally friendly idea used is water less urinals. Check out pictures of the buildings below.
