One Direction star Niall Horan has bought a house in Los Angeles near the Kardashians with a pool and games room, but he’s not allowed a bar because he’s under 21. Horan splashed out $1.5 million on the new house in a luxury gated complex – but builders refused the 19-year-old pop star’s request for a bar because he is under the legal drinking age in the US.
