Known as Las Palomas to the Grant Family, they purchased the home in 1954. The house was built in 1930 by Dr. Jacob Kocher in the Spanish Andalusian farm house style who commissioned the architect, Wallace Neff. Cary Grant owned the home between 1954 to 1972. The current owner wants to sell it to the next rightful owner.
The residence features a pool, full range kitchen, a garden, and a luxurious master suite. There is another suite known as the Alfred Hitchcock Suite. This is because, Grant and Hitchcock had a long history. The interior boasts vaulted ceilings, french doors, and 5 fireplaces. The house was restored in 2009.
