The family will stay in Washington DC until Sasha graduates high school in 2018.  Meanwhile, Malia will take a gap year before heading to Harvard University. The Kalorama home was built in 1928 by F, Moran McConihem, who played an integral part in expanding the Kalorama neighborhood.
