Rules & Regulations - If your home is a part of a homeowners’ association, mention the rules and regulations renters must follow. Cover topics, like access to parking lots, community centre, pool, club, etc. 


Termination Procedure - Give tenants complete information about the termination of the lease. For month-to-month tenants, provide a renewal letter. For fixed-term lease tenants, provide your contact information so that they can get in touch when they have a doubt.
