With epoxy floors, the garage will enhance its aesthetic. You can apply 3D or metallic. These are popular epoxy systems that lighten up the flooring.

For garages, epoxy adds super-resistant properties. The floors will clean easily and maintenance is low-cost. You will also not need to worry about constant upkeep.

Garage floor epoxy increases waterproof and anti-stain features. Especially for places where heavy objects and constant encounter with chemicals occurs, the floors have absolute protection.

2- Concrete Sealer

Concrete sealers can come in various types. There are acrylic sealers, water-based or solvent-based, or in some instances, it can also be staining. These are durable products that suit the requirement of concrete.

Other sealers are for outdoor floors, specifically stamping and overlays. For driveways, there are aggregates or engraved concrete sealers.

3- Concrete Floor Paint

Floor paints are the most conventional type of sealer on concrete. Sometimes, there are only minimal damages on the garage floor. You can make use of paints for practicality.

It can update the design or give immediate protection on the surface. Paint can last a shorter period, but this is more practical for you if you want regular upkeep to the garage floor.

4- Epoxy Paint

From the conventional floor, paint comes with the enhanced property that performs like an epoxy. This is epoxy-paint.

It consists of regular concrete paint with epoxy components. Usually, this will contain 50% or less epoxy. Epoxy is a solid-based product. While color enhanced with epoxy is still paint and is still water-based.
