How Far Can A Horse Travel In A Day?

January 3, 2021

Have you ever wondered how far can a horse travel in a day? Well the answer depends on the condition of the horse at the time of travel.

A healthy horse can go around 25 to 35 miles a day. Some horses that are trained, can travel over 100 miles. Horses that are older may only be able to travel 10-15 miles a day at the most. Things like terrain and environment may also affect how far a horse will travel in a 24 hour period.

I love horses and think they are actually a cool mode of transportation to this day. You should all try riding a horse someday, whether it is for fun or for transporting yourself. There are many websites that can sign you up to ride a horse. You can also always buy your own if you are rich enough.
