Jack O’Neill was an American business man most widely known for inventing the wetsuit. He was the founder of the surf wear company called O'Neill. Jack originally grew up in Oregon and Southern California. Furthermore, he moved to San Francisco to study at San Francisco State University. He was a very admirable man for his contributions to society and died at 94 years old in 2017. Furthermore, he started a foundation dedicated to the education of marine biology. In this paragraph, I am going to discuss the architecture of Jack O'Neill's House. Firstly, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms over 2,500 square feet of space. Furthermore, Jack purchased the home in 1973 for just $55,000! In addition, many people have placed memorials on the front yard. Additionally, it is a wonderful house that is so true to the California beach lifestyle. Lastly, it is located right on the beach front.

Furthermore, Santa Cruz is a breathtaking area filled with fun things to do. The area of Please Point is a small bluff area adjacent to a popular surf spot in the Live Oak area. Many people visit the area to see whales, dolphins, seals, sea lions and sea birds.
