September 18, 2021

Kimbo Slice was a Bahamiam mixed martial artist and boxer. Firstly, his actual name was Kevin Ferguson. Secondly, he was born in 1974 making him 42 years old at the time of his death in 2016. He even has done acting at some points during his career. His son has taken on his legacy which is wuite exciting to witness. Check out the Kimbo Slice house below.

The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms over 3,000 square feet of space. Furthermore, it has light colored stucco and clay tiled roofing, which is fairly common in Florida. I personally like this style of home very much but it can get boring after a while. The home was purchased in 2007 right before the housing market crash for $525,000. The value quickly dropped to under $300,000 and only in 2019 did it go beyond it's purchasing price. Lastly, the home is currently worth over $650,000.

South Florida is home to many celebrities from Jerry Springer to Barbara Bermudo. Furthermore, Kimbo Slice lived in Coral Springs Florida which is around 20 miles Northwest of Ft Lauderdale. Despite being name Coral Springs, there are no actual Springs located in the city as there are only springs located in the Northern regions of the state. Lastly, Coral Springs is known to have strict building codes. For this reason, the city has a distinct aesthetic look to it.
