Pat Sajak House: Encino Pad

October 16, 2021

Pat Sajak is an American TV show host and television personality. Furthermore, he is most widely known for hosting Wheel of Fortune since 1981. At 74 years old, he is still going strong as the host. He has become the TV show's icon. Also, he is from the Chicagoland area which is pretty cool. Pat has had an interesting career that began with being a disc jockey during the Vietnam War. His involvement in radio shows lead to TV hosting later in his career. Check out the Pat Sajak house below.

Firstly, the house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms over 6,000 square feet of space. Furthermore, construction of the home began in 1980. Pat purchased the home in 1988 for $1.8 million USD which was a lot for the time. Also, the architecture designed this hilltop house in a post-modern style. The symmetry and whiteness feels almost heavenly. Even though the home was built 40 years ago, it still seems relevant and stylish.

Encino California is where many celebrities live. The only downside to Encino is the lack of private gated communities. Furthermore, for some celebrities, privacy is not as big of a problem. This home is unique in that there is a very long private driveway, giving a discrete and guarded entrance.
