How to achieve everything and work more productively when you are a student

All of us constantly say that time passes very quickly. The day is too short, and we do not manage to accomplish everything we would like to. Education and work do not give us personal development, desire, a healthy lifestyle, and communication time. Some students work during their studies. It is unrealistic to stick to the schedule in those cases, and students are often overloaded with tasks. We created a small guideline for those willing to build a good relationship with time management.

Sleep and wake-up schedule

Going to bed and waking up with a specific schedule is advantageous. It will not only promote order and greater organization but also encourage sleep. When we sleep, we have more energy for work and creativity.

Useful tools

If you constantly log on to Facebook or Instagram while working or studying, things will inevitably get more complicated. In the fight against this problem, we can use various adds that limit our time to watch videos on YouTube or stay on social networks. You can also use thesis writer to help you with your assignments, so you have a few hours for yourself (or sleep)

List of tasks

Before going to bed or immediately after waking up, it is helpful to list tasks for the coming day. We will always be happy to see the jobs completed, making us feel satisfied with the results. The list also allows us to perform all we have planned without forgetting anything.

Take breaks

So as not to burn out, it is helpful to take a break during work. Walking around the room/office/class is good and drinking some water. If possible, you should allow for about 1 hour to rest during the day. If you sit over your work for years, your brain will stop taking information. Every hour takes 5-10 minutes intervals.

Calendar

In addition to the list of tasks for the day, most people can also help by writing down various goals and tasks in the calendar for one day or even a month ahead. For this purpose, we can, of course, use Google calendar or a similar program on your smartphone.

Set priorities

Start your work with the most important and greatest task. In the early days, the brain is more concentrated, so you have more energy for solving critical issues. It is also essential to bring the work to an end. If you start something, do it well and with logical completion. Learn to say no!

Don't take on jobs that you can't do because you don't have time! If you jump for every job your boss asks you to do, sooner or later, you'll start to feel burned out and numb.

The rule is not only about your career. If you don't learn to say No, people will use you! Prioritize yourself and your desires. If you do not have the energy, time, or want to do something, say no!

Regularity

Do not leave a bunch of cases for one day. You simply physically will not be able to do everything. Regularity will allow you to minimize stress and perform all the necessary tasks.

If you have a specific hobby - sports, learning English, or dance, it is recommended to start an activity tracker. On it, you can mark the days when you will devote time to particular activities.
