Complete guide on printing designs onto Cups and Mugs using Decal Paper.

After getting your ceramic decal printer, you can use the following steps to print your custom designs on different cups and mugs for the best results.

Step 1: Get your design on your computer and make sure that it is of the perfect size.

The first thing you will need to do is get your design on your computer. While designing your design, it is important to be very careful about the size, as getting it too small or big can cause issues.

Step 2: Print your design on decal paper using your printer

The next thing you need to do is take your decal paper and print your design using the ceramic decal printer. Make sure to get the best quality paper and printer so that your designs come out crystal clear.

Step 3: Cut the decal paper in the perfect size

Once you have got the printer's printout, it is time for some cutting and trimming. Now you can go for different types of cutting and trimming. You can cut a square of paper with no additional trimming if your design demands that.

Otherwise, it will be a better choice to trim all the details. However, it is important to note beforehand that the more details you cut, the harder you will make it to apply on your cups and mugs.

Step 4: Put the cutout decal paper in water

Once cutting is complete, you will need to put the cutout decal paper in water for some time. This is a necessary part as it will help in removing the clear white paper.

Step 5: Slide the white paper and apply the upper layer on the mug or cup

Once the white paper is soaking wet, you can remove the decal paper from the water and apply it to the mug. Here you will need to carefully slide the white paper away while sticking the transparent layer.

Step 6: Never miss the final touches

You are almost done as the last thing left is to the final touch. Move the decal paper while the decal paper is still wet if it is necessary. Also, use some soft cards to remove the air bubbles if any of them are trapped inside.

Final Remarks:

By following these simple 6 steps, you can easily print any design on any mug. The best part is that it works for the black and white as well as colorful designs. You need to be creative and keep working to get the good results.
