We all know that our favorite Kim Kardashian loves fancy things. Well, it looks like she has bought something nice once again. This time around she has purchased a home in pretty and serene Malibu. She bought a home in the Encinal Bluffs neighborhood of Malibu. Kim dished out a nice $70.4 million for the new adobe.
The home was built in 1944 and was eventually remodeled in both the 1990's and 2016. You know Malibu is known for its celebs, so it is not so surprising to hear another celeb used to live here. Moreover, that celebrity was model Cindy Crawford.
As you walk into the home you are instantly greeted by the Pacific Ocean breeze as the home is essentially just open to the outdoors. The interior is filled with tons of natural light from the sun that beams down on from the California skies. Kim can spread out with family on the 3.2 acres property anytime she wants.
The kitchen is just stunning as you walk in. You get panoramic views of the ocean while sitting or cooking in this state of the art kitchen.
Also, the family room offers great views, and even allows Kim and the family to get as comfy as they want.
The dining area is very pretty and has tons of space for new furniture to be added into. We will see how Kim decides to decorate the place.
One of the bathrooms has a walk in shower paired with a tub made from tile. The pastel and grey colors are soothing as you walk in.
Furthermore, the backyard has tons for her and the kids to do. Also, there is a pool and hot tub that over view the serene ocean.
Beach access is provided to the home through a secured gated walkway. Imagine the ability to just walk a few steps down from your house and you are at the ocean. Additionally, the views from all over the property are simply amazing. Kim will be able to easily catch sunrise and sunsets in Los Angeles right from her porch.
