The Philippines is a country full of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Among these gems are the provinces of Laguna, Cavite, and Las Pinas. These three provinces are often overlooked by tourists, but they have so much to offer. From natural wonders to cultural heritage sites, there is something for everyone in these provinces. The special thing about these provinces is that these are the land of real estate. These are the leading real estate agencies. Laguna: The Province of Springs

Laguna is known as the "province of springs" because of its many natural springs and waterfalls. Some of the most popular ones are Pagsanjan Falls, Taytay Falls and Hidden Valley Springs. These are must-visit destinations for those who love nature and outdoor activities.

Aside from the springs and waterfalls, Laguna is also home to several historical sites. The most famous of these is the Rizal Shrine in Calamba, the birthplace of the national hero Jose Rizal. Another historical site is the Nagcarlan Underground Cemetery, which dates back to the Spanish colonial period.

Cavite: The Birthplace of Philippine Independence

Cavite is a province with a rich history. It is known as the birthplace of Philippine independence because it was in Cavite that the first Philippine Republic was established in 1898. Today, visitors can learn more about this history by visiting the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, which was the home of Emilio Aguinaldo, the first president of the Philippines.

Cavite is also home to several natural attractions. One of the most popular is Tagaytay, a city known for its stunning views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. Another popular destination is the Pico de Loro Cove in Nasugbu, which is known for its beautiful beach and clear blue waters.

The city is home to the famous Bamboo Organ, a musical instrument made entirely of bamboo that was built in the 19th century. Now that we've looked at what makes these three provinces so special, let's explore some of the best things to do and see in each of them.

In Las Pinas, a visit to the St. Joseph Parish Church is a must. This is where the famous Bamboo Organ.

A Place to Invest on a Home

It is not new news that Manila now is condensed. With most of the work opportunity and the university belt located in in the capital, people from around the Philippine Islands would migrate to Metro Manila to find work. In recent reports, there has been a scarcity of residential real estate in Manila, making daily expenses there twice or thrice as expensive. While Manila is a promising place to consider, there is still so much to discover outside of the capital, specifically in the South.

Las Pinas, Cavite, and Laguna are one of the few cities and provinces located just to the south of the metro. As stated above, each location shows their value. With Laguna having the industrial sector and tourist resorts, Cavite with its municipalities becoming cities and the recently approved ecozones to be placecd in the province, and in Las Pinas with its growing business district.

These locations are just one of the few notable places to consider when looking for a home or somewhere to invest on. Not only are these locations close and highly accessible to Metro Manila, they also let its residences enjoy the metro life while still having the peaceful suburban atmosphere – giving you fresh air and wide spaces while still being close to your works and premium schools.

Numerous real estate developers have taken an interest in the South Luzon with its rising prospects, and have been building premium residential real estates whose property values continue to increase with the continuous development of the cities under these regions.

In summary, if you’re looking for hidden gems in the Philippines – in both a tourist sense, an investor’s sense, or someone who wants to find a home – consider checking in the South.
