things to do in mason ohio

Mason is a small town near Cincinnati that offers plenty of fun things to do. Whether you want to go out for drinks with friends or enjoy a day in the park, there is something for everyone here!

In addition to the Kings Island amusement park, Mason is home to one of the world's largest tennis stadiums, Lindner Family Tennis Center. It's also known for its annual Red, Rhythm and Boom event and the Mason Heritage Festival.

Painting with a Twist

Painting with a Twist is a no-experience-required fun activity for the entire family. They offer classes for all skill levels, from the novice to the seasoned artist, and have a calendar of events that is a hoot to browse. For the art hound in your party, their studio tour is sure to pique your curiosity. The best part is you get to bring your pet along for the ride, which is a win in my book. There is even a nifty little app to help you choose the right class for your family. The company is located in Mason and serves Northern KY, Cincinnati and Dayton.

Cottell Park

Cottell Park is a fantastic place to visit if you want to spend some time outdoors. It has a large playground and is in a nice area of town. It also has a pond and tennis courts.

It is a great park for families with small children. There are a variety of playgrounds to choose from, including one that has a spider web climbing system with slides and a mini rock formation.

The other playground has a smaller set of slides that are perfect for young kids. There is a water mister for those hot summer days and the park is very clean.

It is also home to a beautiful house that can be rented for parties and events. It also has a lot of green fields and picnic areas. The pond is great for fishing, too. You can also see a field of sunflowers here in the summer, which makes for fun photos. It is located off Mason-Montgomery Rd.

Lindner Family Tennis Center

If you are looking for a fun activity to do with your family, the Lindner Family Tennis Center is an excellent choice. It has excellent facilities and is owned by Tennis for Charity Inc.

The facility is a great place to spend time with your kids and you can even play in a league or tournament. It is also a fun place to learn the game of tennis and is a popular destination for locals.

Another great activity in Mason is the Grizzly Golf Course. This golf course has been the site of a lot of professional events over the years and is one of the best places in town to get your fix of golfing.

This park has a lot of different things to do including a kiddies playground, fishing handicap accessible areas, charcoal grills, paved paths and picnic shelters. It is a great place for your family to enjoy some time together and should be considered on your list of things to do in mason ohio.

Prasco Park

Prasco Park, located on the campus of Prasco Laboratories, opened in June 2008. It is one of the premier amateur baseball destinations in America.

The facility is designed to provide a first-class experience for those on the field and in the stands. It includes a major league quality field, permanent seating for over 1000 fans, press box and team clubhouse.

It also features poured concrete dugouts capable of holding 40 players. In addition, it boasts a stadium sound system that is common in major and minor league ballparks.

The park is also home to the Cincinnati Spikes, a youth travel baseball program. In addition, it hosts a number of tournaments and events, including MLB Organizational Tryouts, draft evaluations, high school games and events, player showcases and baseball-oriented seminars.
