Later, it was sold to William P. H. McFaddin. William P.H. McFaddin, with his wife, started living here in 1907. The couple had three kids. Their names were James Caldwell, Mamie, and Perry Jr. One of their daughter Mamie was the wife of Carroll Ward. So, Mamie McFaddin Ward with her family resided here after the marriage as well.
