This is our complete packing guide for those of you who are heading off on your static caravan holidays – you’re welcome!

Keep reading to find out the packing essentials for your trip away…

What’s already in your caravan?

It’s always recommended you check with your holiday provider what your caravan will come with, as each establishment and caravan grade can differ, but this is a rough idea of what you can expect on arrival!

These are the items you don’t need to bring, so you can sit back and relax!

  • Toaster
  • Crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils
  • Fridge with mini freezer
  • Shower and toilet
  • TV (depending on grade of caravan)

What you should get on route

Before you get to your destination, it’s always a good idea to stop off at the shops and pick up any food you might need whilst you’re away. We’re talking the essentials – milk, tea bags, bread and butter!

If you already have these items at home, and there is room in your vehicle, then bring them in a cool box/bag, this way you’ll save some money!

If you’re travelling a long way, be sure to add some snacks to your travel bags. Things like cereal bars, fruit and crisps are a great thing to have on you – especially if you have hungry children!

Hopefully you now have a great understanding of what you need to bring with you on your caravan holiday! Every family and holiday are different, so use this list as a base point for when you begin to pack.

Now you know what to bring, where will you be travelling to first?
