Season 3 of rock the block was filmed in Summerville, South Carolina. The show took place in the master plan community of Nexton, built by Hunter Quinn Homes.

Good Bones' Mina Starsiak Hawk, Restored by the Fords' Leanne Ford, Hidden Potential's Jasmine Roth, and Windy City Rehab's Alison Victoria will all be on hand to design the homes. They will be tasked with making over four identical houses, each on a strict budget and time limit.

Aliento

If you’re a fan of HGTV, you know that the network has a huge range of shows dedicated to home renovation. One of the most popular is Rock the Block, where four teams of designers transform a house into their dream home.

The show features four pairs of famous HGTV experts, each with a budget of $225,000 to renovate the house. Each pair is given a specific design style and has just six weeks to make their mark on the property.

This season, a new cast of designers joined the competition. They included Bryan and Sarah Baeumler (Renovation Island), Michel Smith Boyd and Anthony Elle (Luxe for Less), farmhouse fanatic Jonathan Knight and high-end residential designer Kristina Crestin (Farmhouse Fixer) and billion-dollar real estate broker Page Turner and contractor Mitch Glew from Fix My Flip.

HGTV partnered with Tri Pointe Homes Orange County-Los Angeles to showcase its new home community, Aliento, as part of the Rock the Block series. The company built four houses that were used in the show, which allowed them to showcase their innovative designs. Shoppers who purchase a home in Aliento can also choose from eight “Get the Look Packages,” which include features inspired by the design styles of the designers featured on Rock the Block.
