Fused glass is created by using two or more layers of different coloured glasses which are melted together to create one piece while kiln-formed designs involve placing pieces inside an oven heated up to very high temperatures to melt them into one solid object. Each process comes with its advantages as well as disadvantages when it comes to creating artwork out of glass
