Tyler Perry is an American actor, writer, producer, and director who is best known for his successful career in film, television, and theater. Born in New Orleans in 1969, Perry had a difficult childhood marked by poverty, abuse, and trauma. Despite these challenges, he developed a passion for storytelling and began writing and producing his own plays in the 1990s. In 2005, he released his first feature film, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman," which was a box office success and established him as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. Since then, Perry has continued to create and produce popular movies, TV shows, and stage productions that address themes of family, faith, and redemption. He is also known for his philanthropic work and has donated millions of dollars to various charitable organizations over the years. "I've never chased money. It's always been about what I can do to motivate and inspire people."

Tyler Perry’s estate is currently still under construction. This has been a long term labor of love for Perry. In 2013 he purchased the 2,100 acre lot, and started construction in recent years. It is estimated to be valued a t $100 million. I'm sure once it’s complete it will be a true masterpiece. For now, we do know some plans for the massive home. Including a lap pool, a helipad with a jet runway, and an organic farm complete with horses. Perry has adopted four dogs from local shelters, so it’s no surprise his love of animals would translate into owning a farm one day.
Once this compound is complete, it will become the most expensive property in the Atlanta area. No surprise there. Perry’s own production studio is located in Atlanta, so it’s no wonder he’s decided to build near the area. His previous Atlanta home, which featured nine bedrooms and 14.5 bathrooms, sold for a whopping $15 million in 2020. It seems Perry is indeed getting ready to wrap up and move into his new estate sooner rather than later.
Tyler Perry says it himself best: "I am an architect at heart. I designed every home I've ever had, plus my studio."

What we can see so far of Perry’s mega mansion, is pure grand opulence. When you close your eyes and hear the word mansion, Perry’s home is no doubt what you picture. The exterior of the home features numerous white pillars, many chimneys, and massive stone steps leading to the front door. A large tree lined driveway sits at the end of the home, and brings you to the front courtyard. There you have more perfectly manicured trees, and rolling green lawns.

The back exterior of this mansion is equally as excessive as the front. Maybe even more so. There is a large lap pool, decked out in one of a kind painted artwork on the bottom. Multiple round-shaped private balconies can be seen front the back of the home, as well as a large covered outdoor patio. The widespread lawns are also perfectly manicured just like the front of the home.

It seems that every inch of the exterior is a work of art. Perry’s home doesn't just simply feature perfectly manicured lawns. It features perfectly manicured works of art. There aren’t just large steps leading up to the front door, but large grassy fields accompanying the steps.

This home sits at the end of a large tree lined driveway, surrounded by fencing. However, if that isn’t enough privacy, it is also right smack dab in the middle of what looks to be a forest. There are hundreds of tall trees every which way. It’s no wonder all of the pictures of Perry’s home so far seem to be aerial shots.

Tyler Perry’s previous $15 million Atlanta home was gorgeous, so I have no doubt that once complete, this $100 million estate is going to be something to behold.
