The results show that not only do they get to know that their stress levels are unhealthy, but also undermine the stress effects on their mental and physical health.

The young population is the future of a nation, if their mental condition is not healthy how will they lead in the future exceptionally? It’s a serious question that needs to be addressed by themselves and create awareness at a mass level. 

Teenage is a phase in which the body starts to grow mentally and physically, plenty of hormones begin to surge and the body drastically changes. This is the point where most teens get trapped in multiple mental disorders in order to perceive themselves as perfect as they were minors. 

They don’t understand due to their stigma that the life cycle doesn’t stop there, it’s just a phase that shall pass too. When it comes to recommending them to get checked by a therapist for young adults. They clearly say No! To that. This is the main reason why most teens suffer from mental health issues. Additionally, the stress may also be related to work pressure, training, or traumatic childhood experiences.
