The front door is tucked under a curved archway to the left of the living room window. The home is picturesque with tall, full trees and neatly trimmed plants out front. There is even a charming tire swing hanging from the front tree. The charming home was built in 1949, and purchased by Lauren in 2020 for $1.7 million. In the backyard there is a nice sized square swimming pool that also features a sunken hot tub. The pool is not only surrounded by cement blocking, but also tall ferns and wooden fencing. The whole backyard can be seen from the large balcony off of the main bedroom.

Lauren's kitchen is absolutely stunning. From the white tile backsplash, shiny white marble countertops and matching white cabinets. The kitchen fixtures, such as the faucet and door handles, are accented in gold for a more modern feel. Not only is there recessed lighting, but there are also glass hanging light fixtures that really brighten up the space.

I really love the upstairs part of Lauren's home. An upstairs landing usually isn't anyone's favorite part of a house, but for some reason I really love this space. There is black wrought iron railings that wrap around the stairs that allow you to still be able to see clearly below. With an oversized, wide window that lets all the sunlight get in, and the ceiling fan and light that hangs above the stairs, you really see how bright the space is. There is also built-in shelving that is not only aesthetic pleasing, but also useful. I also love the sliding barn door that goes right into the bedroom.

The main bedroom ensuite features a deep white marble soaking tub that sits right under a large window. Also by the tub there is a built in nook, perfect to hold a glass of wine and a candle while soaking. The glass shower is huge, and includes two shower heads, recessed lighting, and travertine flooring.
