Raven-Symoné's new $940,000 townhouse is located in East Hollywood, CA. It features three stories, with 2,327 sq ft. It has been fully remodeled with custom wallpaper, hardwood floors, and bold colors and accents. As well as a built-in wine cooler. There are four bedrooms in this home, all located on the second floor. The main bedroom features an oversized steam shower, while one of the guest bedrooms has a private balcony. The home sits nicely behind a gated driveway, with a two-car garage. There is also a quaint and cozy outside area which is perfect for grilling or soaking up the sun with a nice cold drink. I personally love the decor and openness of this beautiful home.

Soaking Up The Sun: The Exterior
While this backyard may not feature sprawling lawns and a sparkling swimming pool, it really is a great spot for relaxing. It's a cozy little spot that allows for a nice outdoor couch for hanging with friends. As well as a nice little breakfast nook. There is also a full sized grill that I'm sure is used most days in sunny LA.

From the leather couch, the hardwood floors, metal hanging light fixtures, and mid-century modern round dining table, I love this home. It's incredibly open, so you are able to see the living room, dining room, the stairs leading to the second floor, as well as straight into the kitchen. There is a wide curved archway leading into the bright airy kitchen, as well as an abundance of natural light.

Up the stairs from the first floor living space, you come to the second level. It is large enough that it also acts as a second lounge space, with a couch, coffee table, and TV. The same hardwood floors from downstairs are also featured on this level. The four bedrooms in the home are all off of this area, as is the guest bathroom. Did I mention how much I love the vibe of this home?
The first thing that has my attention in this kitchen is the blue lower cabinets. And I don't even like blue that much, but it really works in this space. It matches perfectly with the stainless steel appliances and white upper cabinets. I also love the unique round light that hangs from above. It almost looks like a disco ball for the modern lover. The thing that really ties it all together is the shiny marble floors.
