Rupert Murdoch is a 92 year old Australian-born American businessman and media mogul. His company News Corp owns several publishing outlets including The Sun, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, The Wall Street Journal, and the New York Post. He is also the owner of the book publishing company HarperCollins, as well as the television broadcasting channels Sky News Australia and Fox News. It’s crazy to think that one man can be in charge of so many different news outlets when the news is supposed to be unbiased. "I challenge anybody to show me an example of bias in Fox News Channel." It may be safe to say he doesn’t watch his own news channels. Murdoch is the 31st richest person in the US, with a net worth of $21.7 billion. Aside from business, he has been married four times, recently divorcing Mick Jagger’s famous ex Jerry Hall.

The famous Hampshire House is located in what is known as Billionaire's Row in Manhattan. Sitting right over Central Park, the building was built in 1940 and was co-opted in 1949. It's a highly sought after building that includes a full time doorman and live-in Super. There are 220 units and 36 stories. Murdoch purchased his unit for $30 million on April 28th, 2023. Which is literal pocket change for the billionaire. Not only is his home a whole floor, it also includes a private elevator, home gym, and 18 ft tall ceilings.

Murdoch's bathroom is larger than my bedroom. The marble bathtub is nestled under a large window with class NYC views. Custom designed flooring and arched ceilings and doorways complete the room beautifully.

I wouldn’t expect anything less when it comes to a Billionaire’s penthouse. There is so much space and so much sunlight, if I lived there I would never leave.
