If you happen to have an extra $47,000 a month to spend on rent, it could be yours. That hefty monthly price tag does come with luxurious features. I'd hope so at least. The backyard overlooks the bay, and also has a swimming pool and hot tub. And if that's not enough, there is also a rooftop terrace. Makes for an incredible view while barbecuing.
