The young man who earned the nickname little hercules for his unbelievable muscles became a media sensation when he was just a child. He was the subject of a documentary film titled The World’s Strongest Boy, and starred in the 2009 Hollywood 3-D movie Little Hercules. He is also an actor, a martial artist, and a stuntman. He can jump off 50 foot tall buildings and set himself on fire in his job at Universal Studios Hollywood Waterworld show.

He was born in Ukraine to award-winning martial artist Pavel Sandrak and aerobics expert Lena Sandrak. He spent most of his childhood training five times a week, and at one point could bench press 180 pounds. At the height of his bodybuilding career, he had less than one percent body fat.

His parents took him to celebrity fitness trainer and promoter Frank Giardina, who saw the potential for a career in the spotlight. Giardina gave him an endorsement deal with a supplement company, and the rest is history.
