Rachel Cruze is the daughter of radio personality Dave Ramsey. She was born in April, 1988, and grew up in Brentwood, TN. She attended the University of Tennessee, and has authored several books, including Smart Money Smart Kids, which she co-wrote with her father. Rachel often preaches the various ways someone can save money, especially when saving up to buy a home. She is an advocate for using debit cards versus credit cards, and not living beyond your means. Aside from her work life, Rachel is married to Winston Cruze, and together the couple share three children together. It seems that Rachel may know what she's talking about when it comes to saving to buy a home, as she and her family just built a brand new home.
Rachel and her husband had this home built in 2019. They purchased the home for $2.4 million. It features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms over 7,173 sq ft of space. It also has an attached four car garage, as well as four parking spaces in the driveway.

Rachel's brand new home was built on .09 acres of land. Surrounded by lush tall trees and perfectly manicured greenery. Most of the homes in this neighborhood have been newly built, or are currently under construction. It really is a beautiful up and coming neighborhood.

The front of the home is covered in painted brick, and features many steep, as well as curved, arches. You can also drive through an arch right to the attached garage. The sidewalk is charmingly decorated with matching small bushes.

The backyard is also visible from the street, through a quaint, black iron fence. The lawn is green and pristine, and looks gorgeous next to the brick covered patio.

Before Rachel and her family moved into their brand new home, they lived nearby in Franklin, TN. The previous home features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. She purchased the 4,805 sq ft home in 2010 for $825,000, before listing it for rent in 2019. Then in 2022 the home officially went up for sale, just in time for her and her family to move into the new Tellcroft house.

You can see the back of the home where the attached garage is located. The outdoor patio is great for entertaining, and nestled nicely in between the home. The patio is located right off of the kitchen.
