Vin Scully's Westlake Village House

July 29, 2023

Vin Scully was an American sportscaster. He was the announcer for the Brooklyn/LA Dodgers from 1950 until he retired in 2016. This longevity made him the longest working sportscaster for a single team in all of sports history. The final broadcast of his career before retiring was on September 25, 2016, where he gave one final speech to the team. "You and I have been friends for a long time, but I know in my heart that I've always needed you more than you've ever needed me, and I'll miss our time together more than I can say. But you know what? There will be a new day and eventually a new year. And when the upcoming winter gives way to spring, rest assured, once again it will be "time for Dodger baseball." So this is Vin Scully wishing you a very pleasant good afternoon, wherever you may be." On August 2, 2022, Vin died at home at the age of 94. Take a look at Vin Scully's house below.
