Ashley Williams is an American actress. She has acted in several Hollywood movies and television arrangement and is best known for her role on How I Met Your Mother as Victoria. She also starred on the TV series E-Ring, Good Morning Miami and has guest-starred on Psych and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She is also a talented singer and takes great care of her health. She regularly posts exercise pictures and videos on her Instagram handle msashleyawilliams.

Besides acting, she has written and directed several television films, including Something Borrowed, Holiday in the City, Six LA Love Stories, Northern Lights of Christmas, and Hallmark’s The Front. She has also starred in over 150 TV episodes and over a dozen Hallmark, Lifetime Television, and ABC Family television movies. She is a graduate of Rye High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University College of Fine Arts, School of Theatre.

She was born on 12 November 1978 and stands at a height of 5 feet 7 inches (1.70 m). She has an older sister named Kimberly Williams-Paisley and is the sister-in-law of country music artist Brad Paisley. Her mother is a fundraiser and her father, Gurney Williams III, is a freelance health and science writer.

Currently, she is married to producer Neal Dodson since 2011. She is an advocate for maternal mental health and has partnered with Human Development Project to speak publicly about her own experience with miscarriage in hopes of reducing the stigma around the topic and encouraging more open talks.
