Giannis Antetokounmpo is a professional basketball player, currently playing for the Milwaukee Bucks. Both of his parents are Nigerian, and he was born and raised in Athens, Greece, which has earned him the nickname the "Greek Freak". He earned the nickname not only because he is from Greece, but also due to his incredible strength, speed and skills on the court. Standing at 7 feet tall, he was drafted by the Bucks in 2013, and in 2017 he earned the title of  Most Improved Player. In both 2019 and 2020 he won the MVP award. The only other two players in history to win MVP before the age of 26 are Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and LeBron James. The 2022 film Rise is about Giannis’s life and family, and his path to the NBA. This home was built in 1943 and has gone over a complete landscape renovation. The addition of a large inground pool, a guest house, and a heated attached garage are just a few of the luxurious upgrades. The home is made up of brick, and sits in front of a large circular driveway, at the end of a long winding road. The home features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 9,976 sq ft of space. Inside the home, there are dark hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and arched doorways. The kitchen is open to the rest of the home, and the living room opens up to the backyard. The living room also has a beautiful two-way fireplace. There is also a theatre room, wine cellar, gym, and game room inside the home. The guest house sits by the pool, and has its own balcony. From the street you can’t really see how amazing this property is, as the driveway is inconspicuous surrounded by a lot of foliage. If you can make it down the driveway however, it is a sight to be seen.

Road To Luxury: The Exterior

This aerial shot was taken in the midst of the landscape renovations. In the back of the home, by the guest house, the addition of a large in-ground pool sits surrounded by beautiful concrete, with a balcony overlooking it all. There are so many tall, mature trees around that it really gives off a great private aesthetic.

From the main road, the small driveway seems as if it leads to a modest home. You can't really see anything from the street, and I'm sure that's just how Giannis prefers it.

You can see the guest house is almost as big as the main house. I wonder if they'll ever Airbnb it. If so, sign me up.
