Nick Lachey is a singer and television personality. Nick, along with his younger brother Drew, and friends Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre, formed the popular boy band 98 Degrees in the late ‘90s. With hits such as "Because of You", "I Do (Cherish You)", and "Invisible Man". After much success, the band took a break, and Nick went on to marry popstar Jessica Simpson. The two starred in their own MTV reality show, Newlyweds from 2003 to 2005. The show featured their wedding, and beginning years of their marriage, and was a classic hit. However, the two divorced in 2006. In 2011, Nick went on to marry former model and MTV VJ, Vanessa Minnillo. The two met years prior when she starred in his music video for the 2006 song "What's Left of Me". Nick and Vanessa purchased their Tarzana home in December, 2020 for $5 million. They enjoyed it for a few years before selling it to Tennis star Naomi Osaka in February, 2022 for $6.3 million. Featuring five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread out over 7,000 sq ft of space, the gorgeous home was built in 2015. It has stunning panoramic valley views. Outside there is a great backyard featuring a sunken sports court, large swimming pool, barbecue kitchen, and a covered patio. Inside is just as impressive, with a media room and home gym, a wine cellar, and multiple second story balconies. With a backyard like theirs, it helps to have many balconies to sit back and enjoy the view.

Before they sold their Tarzana home, Nick captured their kitchen and dining area on his Instagram. You can see the crown molding, beautiful recessed lighting, and their gorgeous gourmet open kitchen.
With a home as beautiful and relaxing as their Tarzana home, it’s a wonder why they decided to sell at all. I guess moving to Hawaii is the only way they could justify leaving this little oasis.
