Several different locations around the island of Kauai were used to film the Jurassic Park movies. Some of these spots are still open for tours, while others have been closed off for safety reasons or because they're private property.
One of the most famous scenes from the first Jurassic Park movie is when a helicopter lands at the base of a waterfall. This spot is called Manawaiopuna Falls but is often referred to as "Jurassic Park Falls." You can visit this spot by taking a helicopter tour with a company that has been granted landing access such as Island Helicopters Kauai.
Another location that was used for the movie was Limahuli Garden on the north shore of Kauai. This is where they filmed the scene where the gatekeeper gets eaten by a raptor. The park also serves as a backdrop for scenes where Dr. Grant and Ellie Sattler walk past the raptor paddock.
Other locations that were filmed for Jurassic Park include the Red Rock Canyon State Park near Ridgecrest, California, which was used as the setting for Isla Nublar in the 1997 film. This park is hot and dry and best visited during the months of March to April or October to November.
Malta made an appearance in the Jurassic Park series when it was used for some scenes in Jurassic World Dominion. The capital city of Valletta doubled as the Amber Clave night market in Dominion, and other locations like Ghar Tuta Cave and St. Lawrence's Church in Vittoriosa also appear in the film. Malta is home to chameleons, dolphins, spiny Rizzi sea urchins and cat snakes.
