Jonah Hill is an actor and writer. He gained fame starring in the 2007 Seth Rogen comedy Superbad. Since then he went on to appear in movies such as Knocked Up, Get Him to the Greek, and 21 Jump Street. In 2013 he was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street. In 2018 Jonah wrote and directed the movie Mid90s. In 2023 he co-wrote and starred in the Netflix movie You People. That same year he also welcomed a baby with his girlfriend Olivia Millar. Aside from his career, Jonah also loves to surf, which is probably why he keeps buying homes in Malibu. Check out Jonah Hill’s Malibu house below.

Jonah Hill purchased this Malibu home for $9 million in March 2021. He made a pretty penny after selling in December for $11.1 million. The guard gated home was built in 1980, and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms over 3,653 sq ft of space. It has private beach access, as well as its own pool, sauna, ice bath, and outdoor kitchen. There is also a rooftop terrace, private deck off of the master bedroom, and glass pocket doors that lead to the backyard. The interior of this magnificent home also features soaring high ceilings and a beautiful open floor plan. I'm not sure why Jonah would sell this home, unless it was to turn around and purchase another one. Which he did, in the same neighborhood. His new home, which cost him a whopping $15.4 million in June 2022, may not include a swimming pool, but it does however sit right on the beach. Which I'm sure an avid surfer like Jonah much prefers.

What does a successful comedic career award you? The opportunity to buy a new mansion across the street from your current mansion. The second home that Jonah recently purchased for $15.4 million is just across the street, however sits right on the beach. He lost the pool, however I'm not sure he minds too much.
