Mike Majlak is an American YouTuber and podcast host. He was born in Connecticut (Go Huskies!) on January 13th, 1985. He currently hosts the podcast Impaulsive Show with Logan Paul, as well as being the marketing director for Maverick. In 2010 Mike published the book "The Fifth Vital'' detailing his past issues with substance abuse. His YouTube channel is incredibly successful, with more than 3 million subscribers. Mike purchased his first Los Angeles home in June 2022 for $4.1 million. That's an impressive price tag, however it's even more impressive when you realize he made the purchase just by selling an NFT. The mid century modern home features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread out over 3,041 sq ft of space. It's located in the Dona Streets neighborhood of Studio City, and has amazing amenities. Such as 12-ft high ceilings, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading the backyard, and a temperature controlled wine cellar. The swimming pool is saltwater, and there is a great outdoor entertaining space with built-in surround speakers. I wish I understood what NFTs were, because it seems like they really pay off. Or maybe Mike just got lucky.

The saltwater pool is definitely the focal point of the backyard. As is the manicured lawn surrounding the concrete patio.
