Michael B Jordan is an American actor. He was born on February 9, 1987 in Santa Ana, CA. Getting his start as a child actor, he started his acting career in 1999 appearing in episodes of Cosby and The Sopranos. In 2001 he appeared in the movie Hardball with Keanu Reeves. In 2015 he gained recognition and success in the seventh Rocky movie, Creed, where he played Apollo Creed’s son Donnie Creed. More success followed with the movies Black Panther and Fahrenheit 451. More recently, In March 2022 it was announced that Michael would produce as well as star in the I Am Legend sequel with Will Smith. Check out Michael B Jordan’s house below.

Michael B Jordan just sold his Encino home in 2022 for $13 million. The modern abode has eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, with over 12,000 sq ft of space. With amazing features such as multiple balconies, a home theatre, an open floor plan and chef's kitchen. The exterior is just as impressive, if not more. There is an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a basketball court, a swimming pool and guest house, as well as a three car garage. The living room is completely open to the amazing backyard. I'm not sure why Michael would want to sell this incredible property, but I can only imagine if he's planning to upgrade what his next home will look like.

One of the balconies in this home overlooks the pool area. You get a great view of the guesthouse from here, as well as the outdoor entertaining area, fireplace, and kitchenette.
Downstairs you have another entertaining area. Complete with hardwood floors and intricate recessed lighting, marble walls, and a flat screen. There is also a workout area tucked away.
