FaZe Rug, born Brian Rafat Awadis, is a successful YouTuber. He was born in San Diego on November 19, 1996. After graduating high school, he dropped out of San Diego Miramar College after only a year to pursue his YouTube career. In 2008 he launched his first YouTube channel, along with his brother Brandon, called "fathersonchaldean". A few years later in 2012 he created his very own channel, in which he mostly uploaded Call of Duty clips. In 2013 he became a co-owner of the esports team FaZe Clan. In 2020 he appeared as a guest on the MTV show Ridiculousness. With a net worth of about $4 million, it’s no wonder that FaZe is starting to buy some pretty impressive properties. FaZe Rug's former house features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread out over 7,728 sq ft of space. Originally built in 2012, FaZe only lived here for a year before selling in 2021 for $4.5 million. The home is massive and full of breathtaking features. Such as a driveway large enough to park 14 cars. There is a long driveway that takes you right up to the motor court, with a garden island in the center. Inside the home, there are features such as crystal chandeliers, soaring high ceilings, recessed kitchen lighting, and a home theatre. In the backyard there is a large swimming pool surrounded by a perfectly manicured lawn and entertaining area. There is a huge covered outdoor kitchen and sitting area, as well as a basketball court and putting green. Is this a home or a vacation resort?
