The movie has enthralled audiences all over the world with its gripping storyline and amazing fight choreography. It stars Keanu Reeves in the lead role and has many other well-known actors like Michael Nyqvist, Bridget Moynahan, Willem Dafoe, Alfie Allen, and more. It’s also known for its breathtaking locations that make it a must-watch movie. But did you know that most of the filming was done in New York City?

While shooting for John Wick 3, the crew filmed at Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park on NYC’s Roosevelt Island. This waterfront complex comprises several studios and a massive back lot area. It was also used for a few scenes in the previous film.

Another major location where the team filmed was in Paris, France. The famous Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and Champs-Elysees were a few of the iconic places that featured in this movie. In addition to these, the team also filmed at Montmartre, Place Suzanne-Valadon, and Luxembourg Garden.

Several key scenes of the movie were also shot in Berlin, Germany. The infamous 10 minute fight scene in which John kills Killa at a Berlin nightclub was recorded here. The nightclub that John breaks into to meet Winston was a real-life club called The Continental. The movie also featured shoots at Kraftwerk Berlin, Sacred Heart Church, and Gendarmenmarkt, among other places. In addition, the Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region’s Studio Babelsberg AG was used for indoor scenes and a car chase.
