Morgan Wallen is an American country music singer. He jumped into the spotlight while competing on the sixth season of The Voice. After being eliminated, he was signed to Panacea Records. In 2015 he then released his debut EP, Stand Alone. The next year he signed to Big Loud Records where he later released his debut album, If I Know Me. Some of Morgan’s hits include "Whiskey Glasses", and "Chasin' You". On February 2, 2021 a video was released showing Morgan using a racial slur, and he was subsequently dropped from Big Loud Records. As well as the Academy of Country Music stating that Morgan’s album Dangerous: The Double Album would be ineligible for the 56th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. After the controversy, he issued an apology video, urging fans of his to not defend his actions. He then donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition. Morgan Wallen purchased his Nashville home in April 2020 for $700,000. Just over a year later in July 2021, he turned around and sold it for $835,000. While living in the home was short lived, it wasn't without enjoyable amenities. Located in downtown Nashville and built in 2015, the home had a brand new rooftop deck that overlooked classic 8th street. The kitchen had been updated to include 36'' Italian range, an open floor plan, and speakers in three of the four bedrooms. The downtown Nashville location is perfect as well, with just a short walk to the classic theater, Sinema, and other nightlife. Not sure why Morgan would choose to sell this home so quickly, however the timing of the sale just a few months after his racial slur scandal may not be a coincidence.

Much like the front driveway, the backyard is also divided up from the neighbors yard. French doors open up to the back patio, where you can also enjoy a perfectly manicured lawn.

In this video you get to see the brand new interior. The kitchen has custom tile backsplash, a white marble island with sink, and recessed lighting. You can also see the view from the rooftop deck, which is incredible and perfect for a night time summer beer.
This video that Morgan posted to his Instagram, while he was still living in his home, shows him singing and playing the guitar in his kitchen, with his back to the front door and living room.

In this video, you can see the interior post renovations. The fireplace in the living room matches the kitchen backsplash, as well as the same recessed lighting. You can also see the front door, where upon entering the home you can head right up the stairs to the main level.
