MrBeast is a successful American YouTuber. He has over 208 million subscribers, making him the most-subscribed person on YouTube. Also, in 2022 Forbes listed him as the highest paid YouTube creator. In 2012 when he was just 13 years old he began posting content. A few years later in 2017 he went viral with his video "counting to 100,000". Being the highest paid YouTuber, MrBeast is also known for his philanthropy. In 2020 he created a separate YouTube channel called Beast Philanthropy, where he states that 100% of the channel’s advertising revenue, brand deals and merchandise sales, are donated to charity. In 2023 he paid for 1,000 people to have cataract surgery who either didn’t have medical insurance, or couldn’t afford the necessary procedure. With a large net worth, passion for philanthropy, and interest and working closely with his friends and family, it’s no wonder that MrBeast chooses to live near his close knit group. MrBeast purchased a North Carolina home in 2018, for $318,000. But that's not all, over the next few years he has purchased a total of five homes, all sitting on the same cul-de-sac, for his family and employees to live in. The second home was purchased for $263,000, while the remaining three homes were purchased for a combined $1.4 million. MrBeast's primary home on the cul-de-sac is about 3,000 sq ft, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two story home has a brand new kitchen, updated with granite countertops with a separate breakfast room. The home also includes a gas log fireplace in the family room, a screened in back porch, a front patio, and a basketball court. MrBeast isn't just buying up the neighborhood for him and his inner circle, he's also giving back to the community he calls home. With a net worth of $54 million, he is known by the locals for giving back and helping the community grow.

On an eerie note, MrBeast claimed that he was invited to board the submersible Titan and explore the Titanic wreckage, but declined the offer. Sadly the Titan imploded, killing everyone on board.
