In 2012 Aaron Paul purchased this Spanish-style home for $1.4 million. He enjoyed the luxury of the home for a few years, before selling it in 2019 for $2.2 million. The home was built in 1931, and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 2,417 sq ft of space.
