Take A Look At Tom Cruise's Houses

January 12, 2024

Tom Cruise, born Thomas Cruise Mapother IV on July 3, 1963, is an American actor. Born in Syracuse, NY, Cruise is well known for his roles in movies such as Top Gun, Risky Business, and A Few Good Men. As well as Jerry Maguire, and of course, the Mission: Impossible movies. He is also well known for his affiliation with the Church of Scientology. As well as his marriages to both Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes. Recently in January 2024 Cruise announced that his production company was partnering with Warner Brothers Discovery to develop and produce original franchise films. With this new deal, and a million movies under his belt, it's no surprise that Tom Cruise has lived in his fair share of mansions. So, let's take a look at some of Tom Cruise's houses below.

The Beverly Hills Abode

Cruise purchased this stunning Beverly Hills mansion in 2007 for a whopping $30.5 million. Featuring seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread out over 10,000 sq ft of space. This home may be in the heart of Beverly Hills, but the interior makes it seem like it's a cozy cabin in the mountains. Featuring a stone fireplace, wood beamed ceilings, and hardwood floorings. The home was built in 1937, and Cruise made an estimated $38 million when he sold the home in 2016.

The Telluride Fortress

Seeing as how Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills mansion had the interior design of a snowy log cabin, it's no surprise he actually had a mansion in the snow covered mountains as well. Cruise owned this 11,512 sq ft home, featuring seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms located in Telluride, CO, until he sold it in 2021 for $39.5 million. This is the home that Oprah interviewed him in, after his infamous couch jumping appearance on her show.

Former Marital Home

Tom Cruise was famously married to, and subsequently famously divorced from, Nicole Kidman during the 1990s. During the marriage, the couple called this Pacific Palisades home theirs, until selling it after they parted ways. The charming home features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, spread out over 7,597 sq ft of space. It was built in 1942 and is surrounded by gorgeous foliage and gardens.

The UK Compound

In 2006 while married to his third wife, Katie Holmes, Cruise purchased this massive estate for around $4.75 million. The home has over 11,000 sq ft of space, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It also features a dance studio, home gym and theatre, and a tennis court. Located just 30 miles from London, and conveniently just a few miles from the UK headquarters of the Church of Scientology. Ten years after purchasing the home, and after yet another divorce, Cruise sold the home to British reality star Peter Andre.
