April 7, 2024

Jake Paul is a Youtuber turned professional boxer. Born and raised in Ohio, Jake started posting videos to the platform Vine in 2013. On Vine he had gained 5.3 million followers, and reached 2 billion views before the app was discontinued. In 2014, a year after posting to Vine, he created his YouTube channel. Forbes has Jake ranked as one of the highest paid YouTube creators for numerous years since 2017. In 2018, Jake transitioned into a boxing career. In March 2024, it was announced that on July 20, 2024 Jake would fight Mike Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. You can watch the show live on Netflix. Personally, my money is on Tyson, but we shall see! Check out Jake Paul's new house in Puerto Rico below.

Before Jake purchased his $16 million home in beautiful Puerto Rico, he lived in another multimillion dollar beauty in Calabasas. Jake purchased this gorgeous mansion in October 2017 for $6.9 million. After listing the home for $7 million in January 2021, he officially sold it for $6.1 million in March 2021. He took a bit of a hit, however it doesn't seem to have fazed him much by the look and price tag of this newest home.

Leaving Los Angeles

Jake made the choice to leave Los Angeles, stating he wanted to focus on becoming a real boxing champion. Apparently in Los Angeles, you can't do that. While people were assuming he would be moving to Miami, Jake actually made the move to Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico. He purchased the home for a rumored $16 million, and by the looks of it, has never regretted it.
