Gardner-Pingree is an exquisite historic home. It was originally constructed for John and Sarah Gardner. They later sold it to Nathaniel West. Furthermore, David Pingree was also one of its notable owners. He bought it in 1834. Mr. Pingree was a merchant from Georgetown, Massachusetts. Gardner-Pingree House is located in Salem, MA. Salem is one of the most popular and charming cities in Massachusetts with many outdoor activities. Furthermore, it's a historic coastal city. Salem is in Essex County and is a nice place for families.

The house had more than one bedroom and one bathroom with over 1,000 square feet of space. The home's construction year was 1804. It consists of three stories. The three-story mansion looks magnificent. You can see its graceful exterior in the images. It's beautiful.

Furthermore, it's rectangular. The home has a superb brick structure. Also, there are lots of windows. These windows have black shutters. The home's interior is also exceptional. It boasts lavishly carved woodwork. Moreover, the historic house is designed in Federal architectural style. It's even considered a masterwork of Federal architecture. Samuel McIntire was the man behind this extraordinary building. He was a renowned American architect as well as a craftsman. In 1972, it was designated a National Historic Landmark.
